We Love Soaps is an online magazine dedicated to the world of soap operas. From daytime drama, to primetime suds to indie soaps, We Love Soaps covers them all. Featuring all the latest storyline and behind the scenes news, interviews, photos and more, We Love Soaps looks at the social relevance of soap stories, where they stand in a historical context with a focus on promoting and preserving the genre. Fan interest in continuing stories will never die and examining what these storyline means in the context of society is often a We Love Soaps theme. We have declared 2012 to be The Year of the Soap!
The Indie Soap Awards (ISAs)
We are dedicated to celebrating and supporting the ever evolving serial which comes in many forms.
In 2010 we held the 1st Annual Indie Soap Awards, a pre-taped event. In 2011, we moved to a live ceremony at Alvin Ailey Studios. The 3rd Annual ISAs will be even bigger on Feb. 21 at New World Stages in New York City.
Over 35 web series are nominated this year
The depth and quality of the web series we cover continues to grow by leaps and bounds every year. We divided many of our categories this year into Comedy and Drama groups to honor as many serialized web series as possible. Click here for a full list of nominations.

Having been an indie producer I understand how challenging it can be to get these shows off the ground, produced, edited and put out the for world to see. I am in awe of the entire indie community. They are the inspiration for the Indie Soap Awards. We do our best to honor them.
